What’s included in my itinerary?

You will receive a beautifully curated, day-by-day itinerary with things to see and do, handpicked places to eat and drink, hidden gems, insider tips and helpful travel information. You’ll also receive an interactive Google Map with all of your recommendations pinned and ready to explore.

Do you make bookings for me?

We don’t make reservations or bookings on your behalf. Instead, we’ll recommend where to book and provide the information you need, giving you the freedom to make your own plans at a time that suits you.

When will I receive my itinerary and how?

Once we’ve received your completed questionnaire, we’ll get to work bringing your trip to life. What happens after I purchase?

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll be directed to our travel questionnaire where you can tell us about your trip and how you love to travel. Once submitted, we’ll have everything we need to start creating your itinerary.

Can I request changes to my itinerary?

Accepted Answer

Of course. If something doesn’t feel quite right, or you’ve already visited one of our recommendations, you can request changes within 3 days of receiving your itinerary, so we can make sure your final itinerary feels completely tailored to you.

Question 8

What if a restaurant you recommend is fully booked?

We know things can change, so wherever possible we’ll include alternative recommendations that work with the flow of your day. We also recommend booking any must-visit restaurants or experiences in advance once you have received the itinerary.

Can you plan trips anywhere in the world?

Sunday Departures isn’t limited to a set list of destinations. Tell us where you’re heading and we’ll handle the rest.

Can I cancel my order or request a refund?

As every Sunday Departures itinerary is personalised and individually researched around you, we’re unable to offer refunds once we’ve started creating your itinerary. This reflects the time and research that goes into creating each trip. If you have any concerns, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to help.
